I am 1.9m tall and weigh in 114kg.Being diabetic I cant do a no-carbonhidrate diet.I have tried many that exclude any fats or simple sugars, but they do not seem to be working and I give up early due to discomfort.I also train 3-4 times per week with weights and bodybikes for 1'5-2'5h depending on my mood or capabilities at that specific moment.Thanks to any who respond, I appreciate it!
