    A low carb diet.Do you have Diabetes? If so becareful with your feet!!!Water exercise is the best.And good shoes.

  2. Excersie is perfect to help with preventing diabetes. More exercise will help with the belly fat. Like crunches.

    belly fat will diminish with the right exercises. All types of exercise and good diet will help keep diabetes at bay. Nothing is sure fire, since there are other things that come into play, including genetics.
